Brian Tomlinson Wins Northern Monk Brewery Homebrew Competition

Congratulations to MCB member Brian Tomlinson who has won this year’s Northern Monk Brewery Homebrew Competition with his Double Fruited Gose with Himalayan Sea Salt. The theme of this year’s competition was fruited ales. Brian’s beer has being scaled up and is released this week by Northern Monk in keg and cans as part of their Patrons Project Homebrew Heroes Series 23.04 Forage Fire.
